Property is good but requires some maintenance works like door laminates need replacement. My room’s Toilet was without exhaust fan. Quality of toiletries require upgradation.

It’s not a 3star level. Don’t book rooms here. I booked vip room but it was not worth. Waste of money

Excellent hospitality and good service by the hotel staff. Though our has completed we stayed two more days to relax and get acquainted with the area.

Spacious room although the property is old. Super location with lots of food joints around. 1000 Meeter to Charter Bus stand.

booked me 2 rooms but when I reached to hotel Ambassador they said they have 1 room . Then hotel ambassador directed me to other hotel Purva which was again a third class hotel with poor rooms. I was charged but got a room of very much less value. Please refund me accordingly . This is why was room booked and money taken when rooms were not available

Room sizes are large. We got attached balcony as well with Deluxe AC room. Good for 2 adults 2 kids family. However, they should provide free water bottle and tea coffee maker.
